We will head back to Holkham Beach due to it being a bank holiday weekend and Thetford forest likely to be very busy.

We meet in Holkham beach car park at the top near the gate.

Derbyshire special viz whizz May 2012

Following last years successful Derbyshire Special Viz Whizz, we are organising another one for later this month. May 2012 East of England Viz Whizz

Its beach time again!

We had our largest viz whizz ever in April -  29 vizslas plus a couple of honorary guests.

The May viz whizz will take place at Holkham Beach in North Norfolk at 11am on the 5th May.

Holkham Beach car park can be found just off the A149 opposite The Victoria Hotel.  We will meet at the top near the gate and catering trailer.

Be sure to bring cash for the machine (I don't think it takes notes).

April 2012 East of England Vizsla meet up

The March 2012 meet up has been cancelled due to an illness going around.  I've heard that the illness isn't always identified and one or two dogs have passed away.

With this in mind I have decided to cancel the March viz whizz but book our date for April.

The April viz whizz will take place on the 7th April

We will meet at our usual spot at Theford Forest High Lodge (on the green).

January and February vizsla meet ups 2012

Our first 2012 vizsla meet up will take place at 11am on the 7th January 2012.

We will meet at Thetford Forest High Lodge  on the green.

While organising this one I thought it would be helpful to arrange the February meet up too.

November and December Viz Whizz dates for East of England

I've been slack since our last meet up in October, sorry!

We had amazing weather and Southwold beach was very much like a beach resort in warmer climates - we had fab time.

Our next viz whizz will be Sunday 6th November and our December one will be Saturday 10th December.  On both meet ups we will be meeting at Thetford Forest for 11am.

Please let me know if you intend on joining us for either or both walks.  The more the merrier!

Special Viz Whizz Derbyshire October 2011

A few of us are heading to Derbyshire for the weekend of the 28th October and have decided to organise a viz whizz for the 29th October.

The ones going from the East of England will be staying here on the 28th and 29th October.  There are still some cottages available so if you fancy a few days away please book directly and send me an email to let me know.

The Derbyshire Special Vizsla Meet Up will meet at the car park of the start of the High Peak Trail at 12pm on Saturday 29th October 2011.  Colin my friend has kindly organised the route (as you will see from the High Peak Trail link) and we have somewhere to stop for drinks and lunch.

We have vizslas coming from across the whole of the UK so the more the merrier.
